Migration doesn't work for most Adobe programs, particularly InDesign. A further complication is that your older versions may not work on a new OS. No promises, but the best change you have of getting anything to work is to uninstall, run the cleaner tool, and reinstall from the original installers. See CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3
Thanks so much. I will try this method. However, if the Adobe product was a download and older (unsupported) is there any help from Adobe? Or must I pay again via the Cloud?

If you registered the software, you should find it listed in your account at Adobe.com and can download it again, but there is no support for older programs other than the user-to-user support here on the forums.
