I am trying to print a booklet that I exported to Acrobat Pro from InDesign, however the margins are off. When I choose the booklet option, which I want, from Acrobat Pro it asks if I want binding on the left or right. This throws off my alignment when I want to print double sided, as my page margins do not end up matching up due to the binding option. I am printing two sheets on each page (so 2 pieces of paper with 2 pages on each side = 8 pages when counting front and back, and then wanting to fold right down the middle). I am planning on stapling in the middle to bind the booklet. It is an 8.25x5.75 booklet. How do I get around this binding issue or get my content to be directly centered on my paper during printing?
Export a PDF from InDesign and use Acrobat’s booklet printing feature.
That is my issue, Acrobat's printing feature. It is making me pick a binding option and that is throwing everything off when I need to print double-sided. The margin is off on the back-side versus the front-side of my pages.
