I have attempted to cancel my subscription for MONTHS with no apparent way to do so online. What's even more frustrating is that when I go online to "edit" my subscription, it shows as a "free" membership-meanwhile I am continuously being charged once a month for an allegedly free subscription. I have never in my life encountered such backwards, impossible customer support! I have actively been attempting to take care of this for months and the fact that it is so difficult to even find an online representative to help customers is absolutely ridiculous.
The Adobe ID on forums do not have any active subscription registered.
Since you are getting charged every month please respond to my personal message and i will assist you accordingly.
It looks like you are signed in to Adobe.com with a different email address than which was used to purchase the software.
Please logout & login with the correct email address to see the subscription order, in your case the email address used was *********CA.ORG
