    Can't cancel my plan


      I have a Creative Cloud plan and I cannot cancel it.

      I go to my account and click cancel plan, I am then told you have to contact our customer support team.

      I follow the link to the customer support section, select "Creative Cloud" then "Membership, account, payment" then "Cancel your membership"

      Next steps says


          • Contact us to cancel your membership:

      If you've already signed in, select phone or chat from the options below.

      There are no options below... I click "Still need help? Contact us." I click still need help and after a brief pause I get a list of one option... Forums!! A public forum doesn't seem the best place to discuss the cancellation of my membership but it is the recommended, and only option available.
