This is INSANE!! I have been looping through the "Contact Us" page for the last hour and it is impossible to get a link that allows you to chat or call to cancel my plan. You follow the links and it just loops you back to the home page of customer service. I googled the customer service phone number, called it and it simple tells you to go to the webpage and hangs up. This is absolutely ridiculous I have lost A LOT of respect for Adobe after this. Any suggestions on how I can talk to A REAL PERSON and not be sent a link that will send me back into the endless looping of "Customer Care?"?! I want to cancel my subscription now more than ever after all of this.
