Thank you Akash, unfortunately I've done these things already (uncheck graphic processor and optimize catalog) but it doesn't help. And I've seen this reported in many official press reviews as a bug and really wonder when will Adobe correct it.
The problem was not happening with previous version (5).
Oh and also export now takes all resources, version 5 did not have this issue. Now during export you better take a coffee and wait, can't do anything in Lightroom anymore...
