    Constant loop when trying to cancel Membership


      Why is it so difficult to cancel? For 3 months now I have tried to end this service via your site and continue to get looped into this terrible customer experience with no direct customer care line. I have cancelled my credit card as a last effort. plese advise that my account has been terminated and I will no longer be charged.@adobe
