I get a dialog which said:
Let me expand on my disk issue. I was upgrading to Windows 10 and after my first login, W10 had some kind of issue I could not recover from. So the disk didn't actually have an issue, the OS did. I had the backup catalogs in my cloud backup and were not touched for a long time. So they should have been good.

Few steps you could try
- Create a blank catalog
- Then File->Import from Another Catalog and point to this problem catalog
- See if that produces a working catalog file.
