Yes, the color bubbles react to your touch in Adobe Hue.
When you first create a Look from the camera or an existing image, you will see the bubble display, but you will not be able to interact with them until you capture the Look by hitting the shutter/checkmark button.
After you hit the capture button, you will be able to edit your Look. You can tap on a bubble to select it for the mid-tone shift (pushing all the neutrals in the image or video clip toward that color). You can also pinch, zoom, and rotate the bubble display to see all of the available hue angles and make selecting one easier. Adjust the overall intensity of the Look using the slider at the bottom.
