LandofPlenty Aug 12, 2009 10:05 AM (in response to Farum_Jensen)I neer knew there was a way to view icons in the gutter. I've been looking everywhere to see what the stop sign is for, when I click on the line number in the gutter. And then, when I click on it again, the line highlights in green. Would you be able to tell me what these are for? Or where I can go to read about them?

These green numbers are bookmarks. You can have up to 10 of them on any page (they're not saved when you close the document). Clicking in the gutter or pressing Ctrl+K toggles them on and off and clicking the green G button or pressing Shft+Ctrl+K goes to the next bookmark. Both of these are also in the Edit dropdown on the menu bar.

landaunover Aug 19, 2009 11:45 AM (in response to Roy Reed)Thank you for the additinal information about the "bookmarks." Unfortunately, these are not to what I am referring. I have now added an image so you can see the items (in addition to the bookmark you told me about) on a page. If you can help with this, I would be SO grateful!!!

Roy Reed Aug 20, 2009 2:59 AM (in response to landaunover)Sorry, in over ten years of using HS I've never seen that symbol in the gutter with lines highlighted in red. But I noticed you're using HS+ (I only use HS) so I'm guessing it's something specific to that version.
