Thnx Sheena. It's still a bit unclear if El Capitan is already supported and if the Metal Api is used in the current released versions.
So, are you saying all Adobe Creative Cloud Products are safe with the El Capitan upgrade?
I have had major issues with Illustrator and Photoshop CC2015 since upgrading to El Capitan. Illustrator does not seem to like metal, telling me that my graphics processor isn't up to snuff (even though it's one of the most powerful ones you can get in an iMac), and then crash. Photoshop will stop pasting what is on the clipboard and need to be restarted. I spoke to Apple and they said "Adobe is working on the known issues."

Every new Mac operating system update seems to have new problems
If you have problems, tell apple that their El Capitan update broke your software
