    Dreamweaver Tutorial

    magilla666
      Hi all,

I have had Dreamweaver MX 2004 sitting around for 2 years and now have enough time and motivation to do something about it :)

I opened the tutorial and to my dismay the font is darn near microscopic. Is there a way to enlarge the tutorial text please? The progran itself is fine; it's just the tutorial that is too small to read.

      Thanks,

      Chris

What is your OS? What is your system font setting?

            Sorry.

I am running Windows XP Home Edition on an HP Ze5250. Font size is set to Normal. The program opens up and is a perfectly readable size. The tutorial text is oddly tiny.

            Thanks,

            Chris

On the Help page, use OPTIONS | Internet Options... > General Tab > Fonts >
              and select what you want.

Try clicking within the content, hold Control and roll your mouse
                scroll wheel.

Thanks, I've given that a try.

That allows me to choose fonts, but there's nothing there to enlarge them. I currently have Times New Roman and Courier New selected.

(Oddly enough, changing the font there does not alter the font in the Dreamweaver Tutorial anyway.)

OK I found the issue. You have to change the font size in Internet Explorer. Since I use Firefox, this was totally counterintuitive.

                    Thanks for the advice, folks.

You can also do what I suggested and it works in most applications.
