    Deactivate product on crashed computer

      Hello,

       

      I had Photoshop and Premiere Elements v13 installed on 2 computers.  1 computer crashed and I was not able to deactivate the products on that computer.  I also have v12 of both products that are in the same situation.  Can someone from Adobe just clear all my product activations so I can just re-activate on my current computers?

       

      I've seen in previous posts in this forum that contacting Adobe through chat was the way to go, but I don't seem to have access to it.
