    Win 10 "Error! Check authorization"  and also cannot deauthorize. Chat help no help.

      I have upgraded to Win 10.  Adobe DE worked before.

       

      Now I get "Error! Check authorization" trying to use a .acsm file.

       

      I cannot seem to deauthorise the computer using the help or Ctrl shift D, just get told to try later every time.

       

      Chat help refused to help, directed me over here.

       

       

      So how to fix?
