I desactivated Contribute CS3 on my old PC (Windows XP) and I am not able to activate it on my new one (Windows 7). On desactivation I got the message that it was successfull and on activation I get the messge that I have reach the maximum number of activation. Any idea to what I should do to make it work?
The only way with the CS software is to contact Adobe customer service (try chat) and ask them to reset the activation count for your license in their database. Have your purchase records available when you do.
The problem has been resolved after contacting the Customer Care Service.
