Bought Lightroom 6 at Best Buy. I'm getting a GENUINE SOFTWARE AUTHENTICATION FAILURE message.

On Mac installation, Adobe is giving an authentication  failure on the software as if it were a pirated version. Installed just fine on PC. Any suggestions? I had no problem obtaining the serial number with the factory redemption code inside package and installed perfectly on PC laptop.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I know I can call Adobe, but I'm trying to get this solved a bit faster if possible.
