    Why can't I use desktop apps (expired trials) even though I have paid for the subscription?


      I just purchased the one year student and teacher membership subscription 10 minutes ago, and when I open Photoshop and Flash it doesn't detect that I have already paid for the subscription (trial expired already). Any help would be appreciated, I'm sorry if this has been posted already. I have not received an email confirming my purchase and I am signed in as the same adobe ID as when I paid for the subscription.
