Hi everyone,
On the 1-st of October 2015 we will push to production a new version of the documentation site.
Here's what will be rolled out:
Knowledgebase and support workflows
- A new, easier to follow layout
- "Recent articles", easier to access support tools (forums, status page, BC Cheatsheet)
- Brand new partner documentation
- New and improved, unified support workflow. The LiveChat and Raise a case workflows will be integrated in a common workflow
Developer docs
- The developer reference has been re-organized following partner feedback (Thank you !)
- We will introduce the Developer Cheatsheet - a quick index tool for developers
- We have integrated the Google custom search with the BC Reference
