    Trying to cancel subscription, but only forums are listed for contact.

      I am trying to cancel my annual subscription, as this appears to be the only way to switch my payment option off of PayPal and to a credit card instead, but the Contact Customer Care form only gives me the forums as a contact option. How do I actually get in contact with someone to resolve this issue? I have had to go in and remove authorization for Adobe through my PayPal account to stop the continued billing while I try to figure this out. It's pretty poor customer service.
