    I changed my password for downloading a CC 2014 update and it was acknowledged BUT I still can't sign-in.

      First, I do not know why my password for downloading a CC 2014 update stopped working when it had worked for other updates.

      Second, when I chose to then change my password, it was accepted a few days ago but it doesn't work.

      Third, I'm getting OLD waiting for a reply to this problem that I addressed to Adobe staff. Do they EVER answer questions? If not why give the choice of asking them?
