I have the same problem recently
-Lightroom CC under Windows 10
-On all lightroom databases in my possession
I have, in the past, encountered similar issues... but, that was with LR5 on a Win 32bit partition. The problem was exacerbated when I upgraded my camera to one that produced 30+MB raw files.
In my case it was down to the memory limit of a 32bit system. Do you have more than 4GB RAM?

Go to Edit > Preferences > Performance, and disable the GPU.
After apply of this setting, all is OK
- If by disabling the GPU your Lightroom is working fine that means your Graphic card is not communicating well with Lightroom.

- If its compatible then do update your Graphic Card with recent drivers:
