First, sign out and then back in to Creative Cloud, using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription,
Then, if you launch any CC 2015 product and the pop up still shows a Trial message window, please see this link for resolution:
That didn't work. Renamed the SL_Cache folder etc as detailed and tried to sign in but reverted to trial with a window saying a subscription couldn't be found.
Under billing on my account I can see the 12 month redemption is there and is active.
According to Adobe telephone technical support (paraphrasing slightly) that despite me having a fully purchased and redeemed licence for 12 months and my adobe ID showing as much something in the licensing backend still shows it as unpaid... despite it being fully paid and other systems reporting as paid/redeemed. I'm locked out until someone can somehow convince this system that I'm paid up as reported elsewhere.
My case has to be referred to another dept. by email as telephone technical support could not deal with it. As support is closed over the weekend I've been told I 'should' get a repsonse back Monday with the issue resolved.
Not the best start seeing as I'm 12 months fully paid up. Should this drag out beyond Monday I'll be looking to have my 12 month licence extended until such time access is fixed.
