So why the heck am I still getting emails about my membership? I'm mad enough I've been shelling out $50/month for a service I never use. The email asks me to update my payment info (my debit account is empty) but I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. ADOBE, STOP BILLING ME.
I see you had a creative cloud membership under the same email that you are using with forums .
The subscription has already expired .You received automated emails from adobe just to renew your subscription . In case you don;t wish to continue with creative cloud kindly ignore those emails . Also we have not charged you after August 9 , 2015 .
