Not that I know of.
You would need to find someone with an older mac and a few older versions of pagemaker, that could update the file to a current version of Indesign (ID). The quality of the conversion would be hit or miss, depending on how the file was constructed. ID will not convert embedded images well or some times at all depending on the type of image and certain typographical features will not work the same, potentially scrambling the text. Most likely you will end up with an unusable mess.
Thanks for your comments. I hope you are wrong about the mess, but can easily why you could be right. I found someone who has an older Mac who is willing to ltry converting it to Pagemaker 7.
I appreciate your respmding.
I just got done checking someone else's file, which was an holy mess, but that was due to Windows OLE linking, which would not affect you. If your older mac guy doesn't come through, let me know I may be able to help.
Regardless of who helps you you will need to invest in Indesign, which can be rented for $19.99 a month (annual plan) for the latest version, or "purchase" the older CS6 version for $699.
