I have an InDesign layout (rush job for customer print job needed later today... of course), which is made up of a mixture of individual PDF's (placed) and images, etc.
When I try and print or output to a PDF I get an error regarding missing fonts. I go to Find Font and it shows the link of 14 missing fonts, but does NOT give me the option to "Change, Change All or Change/Find", as they are grayed out.
How can this be resolved? I need my output
Customer sent over the PDF's, so there isn't a real way to know. If embedded in a graphic (PDF), shouldn't that keep this from being an issue?
Find Font should tell you which PDF is supposed to have the missing font. Dollars to donuts it isn't embedded in the PDF (open the PDF in Acrobat and check the document properties fonts tab).
