You need to sign in with your Adobe ID on your laptop.
Follow the below instructions :
1. Open Adobe Creative Cloud application
2. click on gear icon on top right> Preferences
3. choose to sign out and sign in back with your Adobe ID.
then, sign out and sign in back to your Lightroom Mobile application as well on your iPhone with your Adobe ID
Excuse Me but do not follow those instructions above. If you and your other Share one subscription to PS and LR using your husbands Adobe ID if you sign in using some other Adobe ID that is not tied to a subscription plan LR and PS will turn from a Licensed copy to a Trial version. That is if it runs at all after you change the Log in Adobe ID.
Simple fact is LR Mobile is a joke.
It only works with one Adobe ID that is tied to a subscription plan, on One computer and One Catalog.
Since the plan is in your husbands name only he can use LR mobile to sync images from His computer, that is if he is using LR mobile.
If he is not using LR mobile to sync images between his computer and phone, tablet, then you can use it but you must sign in on both Your computer and Your Phone using his Adobe ID.
