Please follow the below steps.(Assuming you are using Lightroom CC or Lightroom 6)
> Launch Lightroom
> Navigate to Lightroom > Preferences (In MAC)
Edit > Preferences (In Windows)
> Click on Performance Tab
> Uncheck the option Use Display Processor
> Restart Lightroom and check for the issue.
Thank you so very much. Your answer was spot on. I was able to download the mobile apps onto my IPhone over the weekend. The app was phenomenal and I did not experience the blue screen with an "X" from my phone, but this morning when I logged in I noticed the blue screen was still on the computer. Thanks to you, it is now removed and I can work on these photos from the computer. Thank you again.
