    Adobe deactivated key 2 weeks after activating

      Hi all,

       

      I had a paid subscription to Adobe CC. I became faculty at a university that provides CC for free. I redeemed their code and allowed my paid subscription to end. It had said that I would be set through November 2016 but now all of a sudden, at 9:pm on a Sunday it's blocked all access to  all adobe products.

       

      Is there an emergency contact for adobe support? All they offer is a link to this forum when I try to get support and I have a bunch of stuff that needs to be done by 8:00 am. Monday morning.
