I updated Creative Cloud Packager and now it crashes while initializing. Brings up gray screen with "Oops something has gone wrong, please try again"

The packager worked prior to this update, how do I roll back to prior version, or what is the issue with this version? v.1.9.2

Can you try the following:

  1. Close the Creative Cloud Packager application.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
  3. Delete the opm.db file.
  4. Launch Packager and sign in.

I'm having this problem, and the opm.db file doesn't exist. What am I missing?

EDIT: It appears I had to re-login to the Adobe Application Manager app, then the CCPLauncher ran just fine.
