creative suite 2.0 production studio premium purchased legitimately now can't re activate ?

Computer crashed  - new hard drive - now what ever  I try will not re activate CS2 SUITE --  purchased legitimately

Followed all the  maze like crap adobe have offered-- do this do that !

What a waste of time - NONE OF IT WORKED !!

Usual old story - take your money and then stick 2 fingers up !!!
