    Problems Listing and Updating Apps With El Capitan (OS X 10.11)


      Since upgrading to El Capitan (OS X 10.11), the Creative Cloud app seems to have problems listing the Adobe Apps available/installed on the system.  Instead of coming up with a list quickly, the CC app presents a blank screen with a spinning gear on the Apps tab.  It stays that way for quite a while before it finally presents a lists of Apps.


      The Creative Cloud app also has problems upgrading the apps.  Since the upgrade, when clicking Upgrade, I am met with a "waiting" message.  It sits that way and never actually updates the apps.


      Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how do I fix it?


      P.S. -- I've already gone through the process of cleaning the install and re-installing Creative Cloud.
