Every new Mac operating system update seems to have problems
First, Did you tell apple that their update broke your software?

Thanks for the comments. Unfortunately, your suggestions did not help.
I did test the apps themselves (I use Photoshop and Lightroom) with El Capitan, and those seemed to work without a problem. For better or worse, there was no update available when I was performing that testing, and the problems really seem to be focused on the Creative Cloud app itself.
It's 4 months after your post & I've still got the problem! Did you ever get answer & problem fixed?
