      Hi below is the code I have in my dw document but I don't understand the highlighted part...Why how do I get the property box to show me a link option? I'm really confused...Please help.

          Are you trying to put a link onto a background image??

              Yes. The specific part of the code I'm having a problem with is:

                You can't apply html links to background images.

                If you are trying to build a navigation menu, place the image IN the table
                cell. Then select it and apply the link.
