Have you contacted Adobe Customer Service or Adobe Tech Support? They should be able to help you if there is a problem with your serial number.
Do note, of course, that there are two different serial numbers: one for Photoshop Elements and one for Premiere Elements. Make sure you're typing in the right number for the right product.
1. Adobe Premiere Elements 14. I have been in touch with the help desk last night. They gave me a link to use. I am still having the same problem. I uninstalled the old "Adobe Premiere Elements 14". Used the link. Same results.
Welcome Screen produces the following.
"Adobe Premiere Elements 14".
Try Photoshop Elements free for thirty days. followed by "Three options (Install from DVD, Download Trial, Cancel)". I DO NOT WANT Photoshop Elements. The application will not allow entry to Adobe Premiere Elements 14 "Photo Editor" operation. I am stopped here.. If I select "Organize" the application responds for organizing. I merely want to go directly into "Adobe Premiere Elements 14" Photo Editor.
2. Adobe Premiere Elements 8
I am having the same problem with Adobe Premiere Elements 8. I have had this product for more than three years. I have never been able to use this product. I have the DVD and serial number. That number also is being rejected. At least here I can get to "Photo Editor". After I get into the editor, I receive the following display when I use the product. "Created with Adobe Premiere Elements 8 Trial version". X number left. I have purchased both of these products. They are registered with Adobe. Currently I am using Microsoft Photo application. I would prefer to use Adobe due to it's flexibility and final output.
Sure hope you can assist me.
Many thanx for your response.
