Hi, I have unticked the CPU box and the "Add photos" button and still the same problems. My system does not crash, I am simply unable to do anything like MOVE a file by dragging it. The bar appear says working. and that is as far as it goes. Please can you confirm ADOBE are looking at this problem with Windows 10. LR worked fine before the last update.
What else is not happening apart from Move???
Move is a major part of my editing processes and triples the time taken if I have to do it manually in Explorer then sync the folders. And I edit hundreds of photos each month. It worked properly in the previous version. Everything action seems much slower.
Thanks Ian, Very useful but I am moving after editing not during Import. She does say that Move has been removed from the Import and you have to do that manually afterwards within the Folders Panel, Sadly that is where my problem is. I want to do it in the folders panel and it won't allow it.
Even though my AMD detector said my drivers were current. I followed the advice to update the drivers to 15.9. There seems to be a marked improvement, even in the moving files process where I was experiencing issues. I have also have unchecked the ADD Photos screen as well. I will work for a while before marking this correct answers.
Thanks so much for the quick and informative replies.
