Creative Cloud window is blank

Hi, I am trying to install the creative cloud, my problem is that while installing the program the cloud sends an email to an address that is not my'n and i cant change it, even though i changed it on adobes webside it doesn't change when the creative cloud window shows

Please follow the steps below.

  1. Quit all Adobe Process from Task Manager/Activity Monitor
  2. Please Delete the opm.db file from the following location:

Mac OS: Mac HD/Users/<user account>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

<user account> is your user-specific folder.

The <user account> /Library/ folder is hidden by default in Mac OS 10.7 and later. To access it, see Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later

Windows: C:\Users\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder

The AppData folder is hidden by default. To access it, see Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP
