Trouble shooting download of Creative Cloud

Hi

I bought creative cloud yesterday, but I cant download it to my laptop. Everytime I try, the download/installation begins, but half way through, it stops and gives me error code 1

What to do??? I have tried about 10 times now, without any luck..

I have also tried the cleaning tool. I a bit frustrated, as I would like to use Lightroom CC@
