After purchasing Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition my apps are still in trial mode

I sign up for Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition ( so its includes Abode Illustrator, Photoshop...) but when I try to download it, they told me that I didn't pay the subscription.. Can you help me please??

HI,

I assume you are getting an error for trial, please refer :-

First, sign out and then back in to Creative Cloud, using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription,

Then, if you launch any CC 2015 product and the pop up still shows a Trial message window, please see this link for resolution:
