Please check below screenshot and change the setting for Print to: Jpeg and then print, it will save the image in jpeg
When you do the Print to file.
It will ask you to type the name of the file which you want to print to Jpeg

May I ask why you want print and not export?
I also like to use the print option especially if you apply a print template
When I use the print they come out smaller storage size and I like to put them online to my box account. It's a lot faster loading them. Even when I export with the same resolution and quality they come out bigger.
This is only a question of the export settings - i.e. quality, resolution, sharpening ....
