Every new Mac operating system update seems to have problems
First, Did you tell apple that their El Capitan update broke your software?

And just so you know, Microsoft is also having problems with Mac 10.11 El Capitan
I had to chat with Adobe... below is the transcript that fixed the issue. Hope it helps.
Sravani: Open a Finder window. Choose Go > Go To Folder. Type exactly ~/Library and hit return.(make sure to type ~).
Sravani: Are you able to navigate?
John : yes.. we are in the Library
Sravani: Open Applications Support > Adobe and you will be able to see OOBE folder and AAM updater folder.
Sravani: Delete both AAM updater and OOBE folders.
John : Open... got it
Sravani: Are you able to launch creative cloud desktop app and view apps?
John : These folders and files are not in the Adobe folder
John : AAM updater and OOBE folders are not on the adobe folder
Sravani: Launch creative cloud desktop app and sign in.
John : OK... its asking me install an update...
Sravani: Yes please update it.
John : Ok.. its installing now...
John : Now its disappeared....
John : from the top bar...
Sravani: Click on the magnifying glass (spot light)on the top right side of your computer screen and type creative cloud.
John : ok.. should i run it/
Sravani: Yes please.
Sravani: Click on creative cloud to launch it.
John : OK... It finally came back up...
Sravani: Are you able to launch creatiev cloud desktop app view apps without any issue?
John : I'll update all the apps now... The updater is working correctly…
