Moving to Lightroom forum for assistance
May i know are you using mac or windows.
There are some nasty crashing bugs in the latest version of Lightroom CC and LR 6.2 See here: Update on Lightroom 2015.2 / Lightroom 6.2 Release. If thats what you installed, you might be bitten by it. There is a tip there to try but if that doesn't work, you might want to revert to 2015.1.1 or Lightroom 6.1. You should also try turning off graphics card acceleration in Preferences->Performance.

Make sure to have updated to the latest AMD (beta) driver: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx
or deactivate the GPU acceleration: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html
system is updated and running properly with all other apps and programs. LR stops responding anytime I try to move to the develop module whether it be moving from the library to develop - print to develop....
That's a very typical sign of the GPU problem. Have you disabled GPU acceleration as I suggested above as well as F.McLion? The system info you posted indicates you still have it turned on.
I can't seem to find where to disable the GPU?
May sure you are using the latest version of the graphics driver.
You can check that from the below mentioned Link
If the above does not work check the link below to manually disable the gpu from the computer
