My license has expired and I cannot access any programs. Our educational institution has an account with Adobe, but it keeps asking me to pay for the program when I should have a free license through my school. Help please!!
The free subscription that you received from your institution expired on 18th August 2015. In order to continue using creative cloud please get in touch with your institution for a new redemption code or you may check various plans available on the adobe website :-Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud
