No, not directly. At least, you could add it in the html code after export. Then again, you should not be using Fireworks to generate any html code: the code is almost unusable in production. Fireworks is good for prototyping.
Also, do realize that Fireworks is no longer developed by Adobe (it was stopped back in May 2013). You may want to reconsider putting any effort or time in learning a dead application which is no longer supported or developed, and which is already showing all sorts of incompatibility issues on newer OSs (especially Macs).

Flash could work, but currently it only exports well enough to SWF - which requires the flash plugin on your web page, and does not work on mobile devices at all.
