Please follow the below steps:
1. Uninstall Lightroom 6 and Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application
2. Restart your sysem
3. Install Lightroom 6 again from below link

I've uninstalled LR6, restart PC and reinstall again. LR6 asked me for adobe id and s/n. I entered this info and LR6 restart again (I lost all plugings and presets, no bad isn't ?) .
Now I'm very afraid using LR6 in these uncertainty conditions. What happens if Interner do not work? LR6 continue working o stops me? What happen if I install the second chance on a desktop pc and I need to logout from laptop in order to login on desktop? May I come back and restart LR6 on the laptop again or adobe will show me again a 30 days free trial for LR CC?
The very important question is: Will Adobe resolve this problem or every time there's a dis function, will be necessary uninstall and reinstall again losting all plugings????
I'm very upset and disappointed with Adobe and their "Licences System" that becomes too complex and dangerous :-(
