I can't reinstall CS3

I have CC photoshop and lightroom. When I opened CS3 PS and CS3 DW today it said there was a licensing problem and I must uninstall and reinstall.
I uninstalled but when I reinstall it installs shared files but not Dreamweaver. I have a valid license.

I will check the install logs tomorrow. I've been all day trying to reinstall CS3 Dreamweaver on Vista 7 Home Premium. I've done the clean tool and regedit.exe. No help available from anywhere. Why did they tell me to uninstall. Can't find any answers. Anywhere.

There are no Adobe Install logs files listed in Services

I was able to run CS3 DW on a laptop that I don't use, supplying serial # and upgrade serial #. I may have installed it on another laptop that I do use before it was returned for repair. I haven't re-installed since then.
