2010 MacbookPro is no longer working. Trying to re-install Acrobat 9 (yes, I have serial number etc.) on new 2015 Macbook Pro, Yosemite OS...file appears to download ok, I put the Acrobat 9 icon into APPLICATIONS, double-click and then it never fully opens. I have 'un-installed (just in case) and re-downloaded a few times now, still not working!
I successfully downloaded and activated it, agreeing to license, entering serial number etc, but when I came back to use Acrobat today it is no longer working, thus the attempts to un-install and reload.
Can anyone help out, I HAVE to read and create some pdfs...NOW!
