    Account says I have a free account, but I've been getting charged money for it...


      last year I opened a student account (should be the one I'm on now). My account says it's a free plan, but I signed up for the student plan which charges me about $32 every month. Now, i don't use the cloud, and I need to cancel!

      I can't find the place to cancel for anything. Can't open a chat to cancel either... I can't find anything on my account with my payment information to change the card or anything. This is so frustrating! Someone please help
