Import flv or H264 in flash

Hello everyone, I'm trying to import in Flash an FLV or H264 movie. Technical doc said that FLV format is obsolete and suggest to use H264, in fact last release of Media Encoder don't convert in FLV, but flash CC last release only import FLV.

      How can I do??

      TNX a lot

When playing H.264 video you don't import the file, you leave it external. The easiest way to play a video is to use the FLVPlayback component, and set its source to be the H.264 file. The name is misleading, you can play either type of file. Except on mobile, the component only plays FLV on mobile.
