Using ICE on a page with liquid logic

Hi all!

This is my situation: I have a website that displays certain content for not logged in users, and different to logged in users. This is something I achieved using liquid logic. But now that it is finished I realized my cliente can't use ICE all across the site. Is there anything I can do here? Your comments and advice is more than welcomed, ICE is something critical for my cliente.
