Does stock image licence cover decorative use on software?

I have purchased a stock image and want to use it as a decorative image on a piece of commercial software, (Setup application), I have written. Is that allowed? The image is compiled in to the software and is not distributed as a separate file. Your licence terms do not make this clear.

OK I have just checked with Adobe and the answer is NO! Customers buying images for use on commercial software is not allowed. They say that they will bring out an extended licence to cover this soon, but can't say when or how much it will cost. I am going to see if I can get a similar image form another site. Its a real shame as it was perfect for my software and looked great when I built it. I have not distributed it yet as I wanted to check first, so will remove it.
