I never had any problem with the version 6.2. After updating to 6.2.1, the software loads normally, but when I try to work on a picture, the software freezes and I have to restart it. After restarting, the same. A first action on a picture works, but a second one and it bugs and freezes. Very weird... Never saw that before... :-((
What is your Operating System with version?
Please try disabling use of Graphics Processor in Lightroom under Preferences>>Performance

Thank you for your answer.
Even that I'm not able to do. I was able to go to the preference menu, but when I try to uncheck the box, it freezes (not responding)...
I use Windows 10 Professional.
